About the Town Home...
The town home features over 1900 square feet of living space with 2 master bedrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has a california king bed and its own private outdoor patio.
Double doors lead into the bright upstairs master bedroom with 2 queen beds and its own sitting area.
Each master has its own bathroom, DVD, and TV with satellite. With the 3rd bedroom having 2 full beds and the loft having one full bed, it easily accommodates the 8 people allowed.
The living room features a gas fireplace and has access to the wrap around balcony complete with patio furniture and BBQ.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a blender,coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, microwave, and double door refrigerator with ice maker.
Telephone (free local and national), DIRECTV, and wireless high speed internet access are also provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Linens and towels are provided.
Whether it's surfing, sunbathing or sightseeing, just bring your flip-flops , kick back and enjoy the beach life because you will find all you need included in the 2 car attached garage (with washer and dryer). Find beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, scooters and even some wet suits to have a great time.
If tennis is your game use our raquets to play in of the 5 private lighted tennis courts. There are 2 separate heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna room, kids' playground and a basketball hoop.
There are many local sites to see and experience as well as a variety of unique restaurants nearby. Just drive down the famous Coast Highway 101 and see our quaint little piece of paradise. You will see art galleries, boutiques, spas, and of course surf shops.
If you would like to explore Southern California by car, go south to nearby Del Mar Race Track, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, or Sea World. Drive north to Legoland, Disneyland, or Knottsberry Farm. Drive inland to Temecula and visit Temecula Wine Country or try your luck at some of the several casinos in the area. Play world renowned golf courses like Torrey Pines or La Costa.
