Lake Tahoe Accommodations: Your stay at the Shore House includes a gourmet breakfast served in our cozy lakefront dining room, or on our lawns right by the waters edge. The Shore House also offers a large outdoor Hot Tub by the lake, perfect to enjoy a gorgeous Tahoe sunset after a day of skiing or hiking. Guest Rooms: The Shore House bed and breakfast offers nine lakefront guest rooms, each with its own special features and charm. All of our luxurious rooms have a private outdoor entrance, private bathroom, gas log fireplace, LCD TV, Coffee Maker with Freshly ground coffee and mini-refrigerator. Each room is decorated with knotty pine walls, custom built log furniture, and Scandia Down comforters and featherbeds. Nightly Rates US Dollars subject to change From: $190.00 To: $310.00	Detailed Rate Information Rates: $190.00 to $310.00 per night. Policies: Minimum Stays: 2 night minimum on all weekends, May 27 - September 30, and 3 night minimum stays on Holidays and some special events. Your obligation is for the full length of your reservation. We take a one night advance payment at the time of reservation. The balance of your room charge is due upon arrival and will be charged on the day of your arrival, on the same credit card that you used for your advance payment, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Early departures constitute a cancellation. Changes to your reservation will be considered a cancellation and re-booking. Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before your arrival date will receive a refund of your advance payment, Minus a $25 fee. Cancellations made closer than 14 days of your arrival date, will receive a refund minus a $25 fee, only if we can re-rent the room for your entire stay. Holiday and Special Events Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required 30 days before arrival date, or at the time of reservation, if less than 30 days. Upon cancellation, there will be no refund of advanced payment unless we can re-rent the room for your full reservation, in which case a $25.00 cancellation fee will be withheld. Group Reservations (More than 2 rooms) Cancellation Policy: Full payment will be collected 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a refund of your advance payment, Minus a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made 30 days or closer before arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee, only if we can re-rent the rooms for your entire stay. Maximum Occupancy: Our guest rooms accommodate a maximum of two people.
