The Shasta Lakehouse Resort is a spacious 3,000 square foot, four bedroom, three bathroom, two story resort house situated on the shore of Shasta Lake, only a half hour from the Ski Park! It is the premier vacation home on the lake.
It has two kitchens, a giant recreation room, great views, and is fully stocked with everything you'll need.
The Shasta Lakehouse Resort can accommodate twenty or more. Perfect for family reunions, clubs, seminars, retreats, or group vacations. Available all year round.

Summer Season:
Memorial day through Labor day
$4,500.00 per week
(one week minimum Saturday to Saturday)
Holiday Weeks:
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
$3,500 per week or $595.00 per night
(4 night min)
Spring and Fall Season:
March to May, and September to December
(excluding holiday weeks)
$2,200 per week or $395.00 per night
(2 night min)
Winter:
January and February

Add 10% Shasta County Vacation Tenant Occupancy Tax (T.O.T.)
For over 12 guests, add an additonal fee of $50.00 per person, per stay.
Refundable security/cleaning deposit required: $500.00 per stay.
PETS (dogs only): $25.00 each per stay (maximum 3)
